Free US shipping on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $3.99, and every order comes with tracking.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

When will it arrive?

Most orders arrive 3–10 business days after you order. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a little longer. These are estimates from our carriers, so now and then a package may need a few extra days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If your order is delayed

If we can’t ship your order within the time above, we’ll email you a new estimate. You can wait for it or cancel for a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Need to change your address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Package running late?

If your tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, or your package hasn’t arrived 15 business days after it shipped, let us know and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
